When I had one apartment fall thru with another agent, Alan found two great options in record time. In his words he found me a banger, in my favorite neighborhood in Osaka, and under budget. Finding a foreigner friendly apartment when you first arrive is difficult enough, add a pet into the mix and it's doubly so. Would definitely recommend for anyone with a pet!
